Return Policy
Your cooker can be returned within three weeks of receiving it. This would incur a delivery fee of £228*. If the cooker has been unpackaged, then a fee of £150* would also be added. You can arrange this by calling us on +447587765073.
Please note that any cooker being returned must be clean and free from damage. We are unable to accept returns for cookers that are marked, dirty, or show signs of use. If a returned cooker is found to have any damage, a small fee may be deducted to cover repair or cleaning costs.
Kindly also be aware that there is no warranty provided on refurbished cookers and 1-year warranty on Ex-Display cookers. These items are sold as seen and have been priced accordingly.
